We hand-make every item on our store to order so we usually dispatch products within 3-5 days.

During super busy periods throughout the year this may be slightly longer!

Our standard UK shipping is via the royal mail and takes on average 2-4 days.

Shipping to the European Union usually takes between 5-10 days.

Shipping to the USA uaually takes between 7-10 days. In some cases it can take a little longer than this.

Shipping to the rest of the world can take between 7-18 days depening on where you live!

We happily accept returns, please Contact Us within 30 days of recieving your order to organise a return or visit our Help Centre

We take great care to package our orders safely so the chance of damage in transit is very rare but on the off chance your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and send us a photo of the damage!

We will happily replace any damaged products free of charge.

Yes! We use recycled card board boxes to ship orders and we use eco friendly biodegradable packaging noodles to keep your order safe in transit! These will disolve in water to a non toxic bi-product.

We may use small amounts of bubbelwrap and we encourage our customers to recycle this where possible.
