Surface protection: Each of our concrete pieces comes with felt feet so they are safe to use on any surface without scratching. (Excluding ring cones and small pieces)
Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe. Not suitable for food consumption.
Packaging and Gift Wrap: Each order comes wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and in its own brown Kraft box wrapped in twine - we also use biodegradable packaging peanuts for our larger pieces to keep them safe in transit.

Our concrete pieces are hand made in small batches in our Bristol Studio.
Each product we create is unique; small variations in colour, shape and small air bubbles may be present in the final product.
Concrete is a live product, it may age and change colour or finish over time with exposure to the air or with repeated use.
Concrete is brittle so will likely chip or crack if you drop your product.

We usually aim to ship all of our handmade pieces within 3-5 days, during really busy periods this may be slight longer.
